Everything is delivered through a single branded portal. You don't install software. You don't hire anyone. You pick a plan and we build it for you.

Do I need any technical experience?

No. You never see a back-end interface. Everything runs through your branded portal. The most technical thing you'll do is connect your Instagram account.

Do I have to set up the automations myself?

No. We configure every automation for you during onboarding. You approve your messaging templates. We activate everything. After that, you just let them run.

Yes. Inside your portal under Settings → Automation & Features, you can toggle any automation on or off at any time.

What platform runs the automations?

Your automations run on an enterprise-grade CRM platform. You never interact with that platform directly, everything surfaces through your branded SalonGrid Studio portal.

Starter: 10 videos a month. Growth: 16. Pro: 24. Social Growth: 60. Content Machine: 90. Viral Growth: 150. Studio Domination: 300. Every plan also includes the full automation stack, and Pro and up add AI Talking Videos and AI Commercials on top.

We produce eight template types. T01 Transformation, before-and-after results. T02 Showcase, a clean editorial look at one service from start to finish. T03 Promo, announcements and offers. T04 Viral / Stitch, hook-led short-form built for the algorithm. T05 Gallery / Montage, a multi-clip reel that shows range and volume. T06 Talking / Info, educational content delivered to camera. T07 AI Talking Video. T08 AI Commercial. The exact mix depends on your plan and the footage you provide.

Do I need to record footage myself?

For most templates (T01–T06), yes, you or your staff record short clips of your work. For T07 and T08, we generate the video using AI. We give you clear instructions for what to capture and when.

How do I receive my videos?

Videos are delivered to your portal first. You can download them directly, share the link, or let us post them to your connected social accounts on schedule.

How long does production take?

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days per batch. Content Machine and above clients move to a priority queue and receive videos 3 business days earlier.

How fast can I go live?

Your portal is live within 24 hours of sign-up. Starter and Growth clients go through self-serve onboarding with walkthrough videos, most are live in 30 minutes. Pro through Viral Growth get a 45-minute onboarding call. Studio Domination clients get 2–3 dedicated sessions.

What do I need to provide at onboarding?

Your business name, logo, phone number, service list, and calendar connection. Everything else, your CRM, booking page, and automations, we configure for you.

All plans include email support. Studio Domination includes 24-hour priority support.

What is the portal?

The portal is your branded business hub, where your booking page lives, where clients check in, where your automation settings are, where you receive your videos, and where you manage your pipeline. It's the only interface you'll ever need.

Can my clients see the portal?

Clients see your public-facing booking page, which is part of the portal. The back-end settings and CRM are visible only to you.
