Yes. Prices are in CAD before tax. GST or HST is added at checkout at your province's rate, 13% HST in Ontario. If your business is registered for GST/HST you can claim it back, and our GST/HST number is on every receipt and invoice.

Annual is nine months for twelve: $2,673, $4,473 or $7,173 plus tax, paid once. Your first annual year also includes one $500 website build, an acrylic review stand and NFC Google review cards. Your allowances still reset every month.

At checkout, then on the same date each month. Annual is charged once a year, 9 months for 12. All prices plus tax.

Any time, from your dashboard or by emailing support. It takes effect at the end of the cycle you paid for, and that cycle is not refunded. You then keep 90 days of read-only access and a final export of your data. After that your account data is deleted, except the records the law requires us to keep. If you want to keep your business phone number, ask us before then and we release it for transfer within two business days of your request, where your phone provider allows it.

Monthly plans: cancel any time and it takes effect at the end of the month you paid for; payments already made are not refunded. Annual plans: full refund until your first piece is delivered or your included website build starts, whichever comes first. After that the payment is not refundable and your plan stays active to the end of your term. Website build: full refund any time before your preview is sent, none after.

Yes. Upgrade from your dashboard at any time: you pay the full difference between the two monthly prices, plus tax, and your new allowances open right away. On an annual plan you pay that difference for each month left in your term, counting the current month. To move to a smaller plan, send us a request from your dashboard and the change starts at your next renewal. On an annual plan, a move to a smaller plan or to monthly billing happens at your annual renewal.

You will know long before it matters. Your dashboard tracks how much of the month your clips already cover and tells you while there is still time to film. If it still comes up short, we make what your footage honestly supports instead of padding it out, and anything we could not make is added to the following month, once, so you do not lose it.

A 30-minute onboarding video call on every plan, plus a setup form. Your welcome email and first steps arrive the same business day you check out, with the link to book the call. On the call we help you finish setting up your brand, booking, automations and social connections, and each automation switches on once you approve its wording. Growth and Pro add a 30-day check-in call.

No. You never see a back-end interface, everything runs through one simple dashboard. You send raw clips from your phone for the footage templates, and the AI templates on Pro need no filming, only a topic, a brief or three to eight product photos.

8 on Starter, 15 on Growth and 23 on Pro. Every automation is named on the pricing page and on the automations page.

Starter: 12 edited videos and 10 branded posts a month. Growth: 20 and 15. Pro: 32, 30 and 12 AI videos. AI videos are on top of the edited count and roll over one month. Your edited videos are made from the footage you send us.

Starter uses the Core templates (Transformation, Showcase, Promo). Growth adds the Premium templates (Stitch, Gallery, Talking). Pro has all nine, including the AI templates (AI Talking, AI Commercial, UGC Product).

Videos are delivered on a rolling basis through the month as your footage comes in, so you are never waiting on one big drop.

Yes, on every plan. We post your videos to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, and your branded posts to Instagram and Facebook, with captions written in your voice. You approve each piece before it goes out, and you can see your calendar and pull any piece before it goes live.

Reasonable revisions on every edited video and post, at no charge. If a change becomes a new concept, or goes past five rounds, we talk it through with you before doing anything else. Each AI video gets one free redo, then a redo uses one AI credit. A redo caused by our mistake is always free.

Every plan is supported by our team through your dashboard or at support@salongridstudio.com. Growth and Pro add a 30-day check-in call, and Pro adds a dedicated account manager, a monthly strategy brief and a quarterly strategy call.

You do. Connect your Google Drive and every video and post you approve, plus a monthly export of your contacts, bookings and reviews, is copied into a folder you own. You can also export your data from your dashboard at any time. If you leave, your dashboard stays open for 90 days so you can view and export everything. After that we delete your account data, keeping only consent, export and account activity records and the billing records the law requires. Your Drive folder is yours and we never touch it.
